Choose a vCard (.vcf) or a CSV file exported from another address book. The usual columns are understood: Name, Given Name, Family Name, E-mail 1 - Value, Phone 1 - Value, Organization 1 - Name, Notes.
Choose a strong password and don't reuse it for other accounts.
A password that is used on another site can be taken from that site and tried here. Use a long one that is yours alone: a few unrelated words, or a sentence only you know. A password manager can remember it for you.
You may be signed out of your account on some devices.
On this platform every other session (another browser, a phone's mail program) keeps working until it next signs in; then it asks for the new password. This browser signs in again with the new one for you.
Short passwords and the obvious ones (a pet's name, a birthday, a word from the dictionary) are the first that an attacker tries, and a password reused from another site arrives with the next leak of that site. Length beats complexity: four unrelated words are stronger than one word with a digit.
People outside {{ photo.domain }} never see your picture: it is published to this platform's directory only, and the mail you send carries no picture.

Activity information
Activity on this account
This feature provides information about the last activity on this mail account and any concurrent activity. Learn more
Every time this account is opened, in a browser, on a phone, or by a mail program over IMAP, POP3 or SMTP, the platform records when it happened, how, and from which address. This page lists those records for the last 30 days, marks the session you are using now with *, and counts the other addresses that have used the account in the last 15 minutes. If you see activity you do not recognise, change your password in Settings › Accounts: that ends every other session.

On this platform the other sessions end when the password is changed, not from this page: every session, on every device, has to sign in again with the new password. Change password (Settings › Accounts).
